• Duration: 12 months of extended coverage for the purchased jewelry, starting from the date of delivery.
• Unlimited Repairs: Unlimited expert repairs for any damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, or defects in materials or workmanship.
• One Complete Replacement: In the event the item is beyond repair, you are eligible for one complete replacement of the same item.
• Coverage: This warranty covers repairs or replacement for one single item, even if multiple items are purchased together. The coverage applies only to the item selected when a warranty claim is submitted.
• Hassle-Free Claims Process: Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the claims process to ensure your jewelry is expertly handled.
Warranty Exclusions:
• This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Jewelry must be mailed back to us so that we can inspect before repair or replacement.
• The warranty does not cover intentional damage or misuse of the product. For example, if we receive the product back and find that erosion happened due to chlorine, this is void your warranty. Please adhere to jewelry care instructions.
• It cannot be transferred to another person or nor to another item once the coverage has started. This means if you order 3 items at once, once you file a warranty claim the warranty will be for that product only. The other 2 will need separate warranties if you'd like to ensure them.

General Terms:
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery and applies only to the specific product for which it was applied. In the event that a replacement is issued, the warranty does not reset and is considered fulfilled.
