Orders are processed Monday-Friday ONLY. No weekends.

Holiday Delivery and Updates

Our Guaranteed Holiday Ship Out Order Cutoff Date for Custom Orders is November 30th. We are working Overtime to get orders shipped out quickly and efficiently. Orders placed after 11/30/25 may still be received before Christmas, we just like to let our family know so that you can prepare efficiently due to high order volumes and products are handmade to order. 

 

We ask that you allow up to 12-21 BUSINESS DAYS for personalized orders to ship. Our normal ship out time is 12-15 business days. During the influx of orders during the holiday sale season, packages may take closer to the full 21 day timeframe.

 

Orders can be shipped through

  • USPS GROUND SHIPPING (3-7 DAY SHIPPING DEPENDING ON YOUR AREA) 
  • PRIORITY USPS (1-3 DAYS)
  • UPS GROUND SAVER, MOST RECOMMENDED (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)
  • UPS (NEXT DAY AIR, 2 DAY) 

 

  • Please read FULL product description to know TAT (TURNAROUND TIME) for your item. Our personalized products can take up to 21 Business Days for ship out. 

 

  • Please be patient when your custom orders are placed. We want to make sure we deliver you the best product possible. We always operate in excellence and ship orders out as soon as they are complete. Please only order if you're able to accept up our Turnaround Time.
  • We do not offer rush production at this time. Priority Shipping is a service that is provided by USPS after your order its produced, packaged and ready to ship. Choosing priority shipping does not mean your order will be rushed during production. 

 

  • Please check that your email address used at checkout is correct, does not have any typos and the mailbox is not full. This is how we communicate with you about your order.

 

 If you enter the wrong email address, you will not receive any emails from us. Notify us quickly if you realize their was a mistake when entering your email address.

If your email address is correct and you still have not receive any emails, please check your promotions/spam/junk mail folders. You may search CREATIVE KIDS JEWELRY in your inbox and all of our emails will propagate for you.

 

IMPORTANT: If your order is returned to us for incomplete or incorrect address, there will be a $6 reshipment fee to purchase a new label and package insurance for reshipment. 

 

Package Is Lost, Damaged or Stolen

We offer Saved By Package Protection at checkout for all customers to protect you in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged package. Saved By Package Protection works closely with us to quickly get your claims processed in the event of loss, stolen or damaged packages.

If you have any problems with your package once in the possession of USPS or UPS and you purchased package protection, please file your claim here.

If you have any problems with your package once in the possession of USPS or UPS and you declined package protection, please contact USPS or UPS ( whichever you courier you chose at checkout) 1-800- ASK USPS (275-8777) OR UPS 1-800-742-5877.

Creative Kids Jewelry is not and should not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once in the possession of the courier. We strongly advise purchasing Saved By Package Protection for absolute peace of mind while your package is in transit. Although we are not responsible for errors with the courier we are happy to assist where we can with any errors. For any cases, out of our company's control you will need to contact the courier and file a claim through their website directly.

Rush Production

We do not offer RUSH production at this time. Orders are created in the order they are received. If you choose priority, next day or 2 day shipping this does not mean your order will ship out in 2 days, next day etc. Those are shipping options used AFTER your items are created and inspected which takes a minimum of 2 weeks.


After your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number to further track your purchase.
