Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders are moved to production swiftly so that we can quickly create your design and get your order shipped as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Once your order is placed, you have 30 minutes to notify us if you would like to cancel your order for a later time. Your order will be canceled and a store credit will be applied to your account. Store Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
After 30 minutes you orders is finalized and cannot be canceled.
IMPORTANT: There are no cash refunds provided. Only store credits are available for cancellations. A 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from store credit.
If there was an error with spelling or colors chosen please let us know immediately so that we can quickly make updates and send your customizations to production, if possible. If order has already moved to production, no further changes can be made ot current order.

Forgot To Use Your Coupon Code?
No worries, simply send us an email and we will issue you a store credit for the savings. Coupon codes have to be entered at the time of purchase to apply to your order. If you forget, no worries, the store credit can be used on your next order, towards any item. We do not issue cash refunds.

Personalized Items
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, if you are unhappy with a personalized item you may return your product for a store credit, we do not issue cash refunds.
Product along with any free or promotional products must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will upload your store credit directly to your account minus the shipping cost, 20% restock fee and package protection cost.
- Customer is responsible for purchasing return label. Company will send return label if manufacturer error.
Please contact us first so that we can get your return started and provide you with the correct return address. We do not accept returns that have not been properly initiated by customer first. You must contact us first for proper addressing.
This excludes Name Misspellings. If there is any issue with spelling, that is not manufacturer error, there will be a $17 redesign fee (for single items) for us to redesign your product.
If you purchase a set/bundle, we will notify you of the full total once we assess which set or bundle and will deduct the amount from your store credit. You can reorder at anytime. Store credits do not expire.
Please double check your name spellings and capitalizations.
By placing your order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
This excludes sizing for earrings. Our products are personalized, custom designed per your request. Please thoroughly read product description as this is where we have the sizing and size reference for each pair of hoops.
If there is an issue with sizing, that is not manufacturer error, a store credit can be issued for the product once returned to us in the original jewelry case, unworn.
Once inspected there will be a $15 redesign fee deducted from the amount of your store credit. We will upload your store credit directly to your account for the product(s) only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
You can reorder at anytime and use the store credit on any product of your choice. The product will need to be returned within 7 days.
We do understand mistakes happen and we want to make sure we are creating the perfect piece for you and your little one.
You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to notify us of any incorrect customizations or mispellings. If a correction is needed after we move your order to production, a $15 redesign fee is required to start a new mold for your product.
Package Returned Because of Incorrect or Undeliverable Package
IMPORTANT: If your order is returned to us for incomplete or incorrect address, there will be a $6 reshipment fee (USPS Ground Advantage) to purchase a new label and package insurance for reshipment.
We do not give refunds for undeliverable packages.
We are happy to reship your package to the correct address once your package has been returned to our office by the postal service, you provide updated address and complete the reshipment invoice.
Exchanges and Refunds on Non Personalized Items
If you are unhappy with your non-custom product, we are happy to offer a store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Please quickly contact our customer care team at support@creativekidsjewelry.com We are happy to assist.
Product must be returned to us in it's original packaging, not worn and in the same condition as delivered. Any promotional or free items must also be returned.
