Do I have to purchase the starter bracelet?
No. You can start by only purchasing the number of charms needed to fit your wrist. Please refer to our size chart in the product photos to help you with sizing. We do suggest going up a size so that the links will not pinch your skin.
What is the turnaroud time?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days if your order only includes charms. If you order includes any personalized item, turnaround time can take up to 21 business days.
How many charms should I order to fit my wrist?
You will need about 17-22 charms depending on your wrist size. If you would like to complete fill up your bracelet. You can purchase a start bracelet and fill it up as you want to, when you want to.

Do I have to purchase the charm adjuster tool?
No, the aduster tool is optional. However, it is recommended. Attaching and removing your links are so much easier with the tool.
Get the tool FREE if you purchase 10 or more charms in a single order.
What material are the charms made of?
Our charms and bracelets links are made of high-grade stainless steel.
This material is waterproof, rust-resistant, tarnish-free!
If I am not happy with the charm can I exchange or refund it?
If you dont love the charm you choose, you can return the unworn, unused charm in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the charm back, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the charm.
