Is your jewelry only for kids?

Absolutely not! Our jewelry has been worn by children, teens and adults. We serve creatives of all ages. We believe that there is a creative inside of all of us and that we all have dreams to live therefore we make jewelry for all ages. Just be sure to choose desired length on product page to make sure you have the perfect fit.

 What happens if I enter the incorrect shipping address?

Email Us Immediately (support@creativekidsjewelry.com) if you realize you entered the wrong shipping address or if there is an error in your shipping address. You will need to verify your name, order number and the billing and shipping address used when order was placed.

We are not responsible for packages returned because of incomplete address (missing box or apartment numbers) or incorrect address. If package is returned, customer has to pay shipping costs to have packaged redelivered. We do not refund your purchase due to order being returned to us.

Will my items ship separately if they have different ship out times?

Due to rising shipping costs, items ship in one package. If you’d like items to ship separately you’d need to purchase this separately by paying 2 different shipping costs.

What is your TAT (turnaround time) on orders?

We ask that you fully read product descriptions before placing your order. The TAT for each product is listed in the product description which can range from 2-21 business days for ship out. Generally our products take 12-15 Business Days (a minimum of 2 weeks) to ship out. During the holidays and big sales these TATs may be extended.

What do I do if my package says delivered but isn't here?

We will always deliver packages to the shipping address from your order. Here are a couple things that may help if you do not see your package:

  • Please check your tracking number at USPS.COM or directly contact your Local PO by phone. They can assist with the route for that day.
  • Your package may have been marked as delivered accidentally which will prompt our system to send you a "delivered' notification. If this happens, wait a day to see if your package is delivered. If it is not please report this to your Local PO.
  • Check to see if anyone in your home checked the mailbox before you today.

If you purchased SavedBy at checkout, please submit a claim at https://savedby.io/file-a-claim instead of going through the post office. They are quicker and since you paid for protection they will assist with your making sure your items are recovered if not received or damaged in transit.

Creative Kids Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier receives your package from our facility.

 

When will I receive an order update?

After your order is placed you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. We also send a few email updates along the way to keep you updated on the process.  After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number. Please thoroughly read product description to know how long it takes your product to ship. Also check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure you did not miss any of our emails. What happens if I choose the wrong colors, font, length, size, etc?

We are not able to make changes to custom orders after we move them to production. You have 24 hours after placing your order to notify us of any changes that need to be made. We ask that you thoroughly read product description BEFORE placing order. This will help you in customizing your order. After you choose your desired look and make your purchase, you agree to have us create the product with your customizations. PLEASE RECHECK YOUR CHOICES BEFORE PAYMENT. Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges or give refunds on custom products.
