Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday ONLY. No weekends.

By placing an order with Creative Kids Jewelry, you agree to our terms and conditions. After your order has been placed your purchase is FINAL.

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL. BECAUSE WE MOVED ORDERS TO PRODUCTION QUICKLY, ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL. YOUR ORDER IS FINAL. Please be advised before placing your order.

We ask that you allow up to 12-21 BUSINESS days for your custom orders to ship:

  • Please be patient when your custom orders are placed. We want to make sure we deliver you the best product and quality possible.
  • Orders are shipped through FIRST CLASS USPS (3-7 DAY SHIPPING DEPENDING ON YOUR AREA) unless alternative is requested at checkout
  • PRIORITY USPS (1-3  BUSINESS DAYS) - Ships after production
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number to further track your purchase. We send email updates along the way updating you about your order.
  • If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also search our name 'creativekidsjewelry' and all emails that we have sent you will propagate.
  • If you have any questions about your order or please don't hesitate to contact us at support@creativekidsjewelry.com. We are here to assist you with all of your creative needs.

Returns

Customized Products/No Exceptions

If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If there is a manufacturer error we are happy to replace your product. Please send us an email to support@creativekidsjewelry.com

We can not accept refunds or exchanges on customized products. 

Customizable products can not be resold. Please be sure that you are ordering exactly what you want for your creative custom order. 

Before placing order please thoroughly read product descriptions, you will also have to accept disclaimer before completing order.

We are not responsible for incorrect colors, sizes, spelling, prints or any other customization after you, as the customer, accepts the final disclaimer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on any custom product.

  • Any returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted, the package will be returned to sender.

Exchanges
Exchanges will not be granted for custom products.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a gift card for the amount you paid for the product. Shipping Fees will not be refunded. This gift card will be sent directly to the email associated with your order and can not be redeemed by any other customer.
