POLICY

Updated 12/04/2023. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. 


Custom Orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to produce and can take UP TO 21 Business Days depending on product. (Our Avg production takes 12-15 Business Days) Please keep in mind if ordering for event.

During the holidays (November-January) we have an influx of orders placed and orders may take closer to 21 Business Day for Ship Out. Our Avg production takes 12-15 Business Days during normal season. This is peak season for us. We always operate in excellence and do our best to ship on time. Please be patient as we work to help you and your little have the best holiday season, birthday and celebrations. Order by 12/05 to guarantee ship out BEFORE Christmas.

 

  • Business days are M-F, No Holidays.

 

  • Customized orders can not be returned, resold, or canceled.

 

  • Please check product description for TAT for your specific product. 

 

  • ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM PIECES.

 

  • After placing your order, you will have 24hours to make any changes to your order. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling, incorrect sizes for chains/bracelets or incorrect colors after 24 Hours of placing your order. If after 24 Hours you realize an error (incorrect spelling, color etc) and we’ve already moved your items to production there will be a redesign fee of $15 to start a new sketch mold.

 

  • We are not responsible lost, damaged or stolen packages once in the possession of USPS or UPS. Both couriers will be able to start a claim to get your money returned. If you purchased Route at checkout, please use claims.route.com to start a claim for missing or damaged packages. They will be happy to assist you with your claim with your order number and the email used when your order was placed.

 

Custom Orders can take up to 21 BUSINESS days to ship out. Business days are M-F, No Holidays.

Customized orders can not be returned, resold, or canceled due to your order being custom made just for you, so please be sure that you are ordering exactly what you want.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

  • Processing timeframes do not include holidays and weekends. Meaning when you count production time after order is placed please do not include weekends and holidays.

 

  • Orders are shipped through First Class USPS, and UPS. Please keep in mind Holidays and weekends are not business days.

 

  • Creative Kids Jewelry can not give you an EXACT delivery date. After we ship your order, we will send your tracking number and USPS or UPS provides an estimated delivery date. After carrier receives your package we are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, however your local post office will be more than happy to open a dispute for you.

 

  • Orders are processed in the order that they are placed. We will send a production email once your order moves to production, and a final email confirming shipping and tracking number. 

 

  • We ask that you allow 7-10 days to receive In Stock items. (Keep in mind that the 7-10 day timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.)

 

  • Please be sure the email that you use at checkout is your correct email, as this is the avenue we will use for order updates. (Please triple check that the email that you provide, as the customer, is correct.)

Please be advised, production times start when you receive your email stating that your order has moved to production. It can take up to 3 days for your order to process (move to production) depending on volume of orders.

 

ZERO TOLERANCE CHARGEBACK POLICY

  • Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve any dissatisfaction.
  • A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses.

All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Services, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States.

In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed"
